Man they send me an email for every job in the world. My skills area on my resume mentions that I have novice PHP abilities.
So CyberCoders sends me CTO and Director Of Technology jobs. Nice filtering.
Their tagline is “Be Selective”. By selective they mean email everyone in their job database I guess.
When they actually send me jobs that are in my field I reply with my resume and have never once gotten a response. Also, the email always comes from a different name. They must have thousands of employees.
I’m not looking for a job anymore, but i’m curious if anyone has ever gotten a job through cyber coders?
NeoHire is another one of those that i’m suspicious of. Any idea what their business model is if it isn’t actually recruiting and placing?
I have interviewed for and found several senior level marketing positions over the last 5
years. They are, without a doubt, the worst company I have every dealt with on any subject.
They do not seem to have any real jobs. I would bet they are a complete scam. I have spoken
to people and companies that have set them up for a “sting” and it worked. Folks have
applied for their own jobs and do not even get a call. Others get contacted for fake jobs
in cities that do not have any companies that CyberCoders says exist.
I have replied to 15 jobs with resumes and never gotten a response.
Any idea what their business model is?
